Urban Infill
Oklahoma City, OK Completed
Following decades of disinvestment after large portions of Downtown Oklahoma City’s historic building stock were demolished in the 1970s, city leaders and planners have long sought a meaningful path to reintroduce density and character to these vacant sites.
701 Hudson emerged as a creative infill response—honoring the area’s history while introducing a carefully crafted, architecturally expressive new residential building. From its earliest stages, the project was shaped through close collaboration between the developer, architect, and builder.
Refined material selections, including blonde brick and white maple, define the interiors and public spaces, complemented by custom furniture and millwork throughout. The result established a new luxury residential benchmark for Downtown Oklahoma City, setting a precedent for quality, design, and value within the evolving urban core.
