Lanier Law is a nationally recognized, multi-state firm with a broad range of practice areas and an expanding footprint in Oklahoma City. Seeking a downtown office that would distinguish itself from the city’s more conventional legal environments, the firm wanted to create a refreshed and expanded workplace that reflects both credibility and forward momentum. The design embraces modern forms and clean detailing to move beyond the traditional dark, wood-heavy law office, while retaining a sense of permanence and trust.

Referencing the material richness of classic firms, expansive glazing is framed with warm walnut, drawing daylight deep into the space and strengthening the connection to the activated street and sidewalk beyond. Moments of art—including Pop Art and Andy Warhol—introduce personality and levity throughout the office. Delivered as a fully integrated design-build project, the result is a highly intentional workspace that achieves outsized impact within a compact footprint, defined by custom elements and careful attention to detail throughout.
