The project includes a complete gut renovation, replacing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, windows, finishes, and fixtures while reimagining the layout to better support the company's growing team. The new workspace accommodates five employees and includes collaborative team areas, a conference room, kitchenette, restroom, and supporting administrative spaces. As the first phase of a larger building revitalization effort, the project establishes a high standard of quality and design that reflects Joshua One's commitment to craftsmanship, setting the stage for the future renovation of the building's upper two floors.
