Pinnacle Heights is a mixed-use residential development in Rogers, Arkansas that reimagines suburban growth through a more walkable, urban framework. Located within the rapidly expanding Pinnacle Hills district, the project transforms a 15-acre site into a cohesive live-work-play environment, combining nearly 300 apartment units with integrated retail, dining, and community-focused amenities. Organized as a series of multi-story buildings around structured parking and shared open space, the development prioritizes connectivity—linking residents to nearby entertainment venues, trail systems, and the broader fabric of Northwest Arkansas.

As on of the lead designers, the project was shaped by a focus on placemaking and everyday livability, balancing density with a human-scaled environment. Activated ground-floor uses, live-work units, and a network of courtyards and pedestrian pathways create a layered residential experience that extends beyond the individual unit. Amenities—including fitness and wellness spaces, communal lounges, and outdoor gathering areas—are integrated to support both social interaction and flexibility in how residents live and work. Completed in 2021, Pinnacle Heights contributes to a broader shift toward more compact, mixed-use development in Northwest Arkansas, demonstrating how suburban markets can evolve toward more connected and vibrant communities.
